Summer Baseball Clinics
Day 1:
Dynamic warm-up, mobility routines, and a BOS performance screening
Speed, agility, and functional training stations based around improving baseball strength, quickness and coordination
Day 2:
Position-specific skill work and baserunning (infield, outfield, catching, pitching, baserunning)
Hitting circuits focused on swing mechanics and power
Competitive Scouting Combine: Testing speed, defense, arm strength, hitting, and power in a fun and interactive format
